Click and Mortar

Where Online sales and Independent Bike Dealers (IBD’s) become one. As the bike industry evolves and online sales become more prevalent it is now, more than ever, important to support our local retailers. Direct to consumer sales provides convenience, clear brand messaging, and access to a wider selection of products, but it doesn’t provide mechanical and technical support, local trail knowledge or support the local riding community. The IBD has always been the cornerstone of the bike industry, but as online sales evolve so will the retailers.

At Evil, our goal is to balance both IBD and direct to consumer sales. Historically, the internet has been used to cut prices, provide convenience and greater access to goods. We are creating a platform to showcase our brand and provide the best customer experience we can. We utilize the latest technology so customers everywhere can have access to our bikes, apparel and products at competitive prices. Our goal is to have you, the consumer, spend more time on your bike and less time fiddling with it.

Our program is simple. Consumers can purchase our products directly through our website (www.evil-bikes.com), by calling us directly (1.877.696.EVIL), or through a stocking Authorized Evil Dealer. Customers can have their bikes shipped directly to themselves or shipped to their local Authorized Evil Dealer for final assembly. In fact, we frequently direct customers to their local dealers for custom bike builds, post purchase after-care and additional bike set up.

Direct Sales

The current marketplace lacks an effective direct to consumer sales platform, allowing consumers to shop at their leisure, while supporting the brick and mortar retailers. At Evil, we have established a direct to consumer interface on our website www.evil-bikes.com. Consumers can choose from available models, build kits, and colors, and complete their purchase on the site. The bike will be delivered to their address partially assembled whereby assembly must be completed by the consumer, or at an independent bike shop for a fee.

Independent Bike Dealers (IBD)

Although the direct sales model traditionally excludes the IBD, we feel it is important to include willing IBD’s to become Authorized Evil Dealers, as they foster regional relationships with customers, provide local trail knowledge and advocacy while supporting the local riding scene. Our website provides detailed information for most to complete a purchase decision, but there is no substitute for riding a bike on your favorite trails to see how it stacks up. Authorized Evil Dealers may purchase inventory from Evil to showroom and sell directly to customers.
